Delivery and payments

Poland:
InPost parcel locker – 1–2 business days from the moment the package is shipped: 12.90 PLN | 3,5 EUR | 25 DKK | 35 SEK (some products are excluded from this method due to their dimensions)

In-store pickup – available after receiving a notification that the order is ready for pickup: 0 PLN

DPD courier – 1–2 business days from the moment the package is shipped: 14.90 PLN | 4 EUR | 30 DKK | 40 SEK

DPD courier with cash on delivery – 1–2 business days from the moment the package is shipped: 18.90 PLN | 4,5 EUR | 35 DKK | 50 SEK

Worldwide:
DPD courier – 3-5 business days from the moment the package is shipped. The shipping cost varies depending on the destination country. The rates are presented in the table below:

All delivery methods within Poland are free for orders over 500 PLN.

Attention! Due to the size of certain products, specific delivery methods may not be available for them.

1. COST, METHODS, AND TIMEFRAME OF PRODUCT DELIVERY AND PICKUP
   1. Product delivery is available within the territory of the Republic of Poland. We also ship abroad to the following countries:: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy.
   2. Product delivery to the Customer is subject to a fee, unless the Sales Agreement states otherwise. The delivery costs of the Product (including transport, shipping, and postal service fees) are provided to the Customer on the Online Store’s website in the information section regarding delivery costs, as well as during the Order placement process, including at the time the Customer expresses the intention to enter into the Sales Agreement.
   3. Personal pickup of the Product by the Customer is free of charge.
   4. The Seller provides the Customer with the following methods of delivery or pickup of the Product:
      Poland:
      1. Inpost
      2. Courier delivery, cash-on-delivery courier shipment.
      3. Personal pickup is available at the following address: ul. Podgórna 4, 61-829 Poznań – on Business Days, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
      Worldwide:
      1. Courier delivery.
   5. The delivery time of the Product to the Customer is up to 10 Business Days, unless a shorter period is specified in the description of the given Product or during the Order placement process. In the case of Products with different delivery times, the delivery time is the longest stated period, which, however, shall not exceed 7 Business Days. The start of the delivery period for the Product to the Customer is calculated as follows:
      1. In the case where the Customer selects payment by bank transfer, electronic payment, payment by credit/debit card – from the date the Seller’s bank account or settlement account is credited.
      2. In the case where the Customer selects cash on delivery as the payment method – from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement (not available for international shipping)
   6. Product readiness for pickup by the Customer – if the Customer chooses personal pickup, the Product will be ready for collection within up to 7 Business Days, unless a shorter period is specified in the Product description or during the Order placement process. In the case of Products with different readiness times, the latest specified period shall apply, but it must not exceed 7 Business Days. The Customer will be additionally informed by the Seller when the Product is ready for pickup. The start of the readiness period for personal pickup is calculated as follows:
      1. If the Customer selects payment by bank transfer, electronic payment, credit/debit card, or the period begins from the date the Seller’s bank account or settlement account is credited.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
   1. The Seller provides the Customer with the following payment methods:
      1. Cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment.(not available for international shipping)
      2. Payment by bank transfer to the Seller’s account, using the following details:

         After making the transfer, please send the payment confirmation generated by your bank to our email address. This is very important to us, as payments made via bank transfer are not automatically linked to the order.
      3. Electronic payment and payment by credit/debit card via the tPay service.
      4. Electronic payment via the PayPal service.
   2. If the Customer chooses payment by bank transfer, electronic payment, or payment by credit/debit card, they are required to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement.
   3. If the Customer chooses cash on delivery as the payment method, they are required to make the payment upon receipt of the shipment.
