What is a preorder?
A preorder means a presale — that is, an order for a product that we are still expecting to receive in stock. For preorder products, the order processing time is extended, and the shipping date is displayed on the product page as well as in the shopping cart during the checkout process.
Will the product/size I’m interested in be available again?
If the selected size or product is not available on the MilerMenswear.com website, it means that unfortunately it is currently out of stock in our warehouse. We encourage you to keep an eye on our website, as selected products and sizes may become available for purchase again.
How to use a discount code?
To use a discount code, click the “Have a discount code?” button on the right side of the cart window and enter the received code in the field that appears. The order amount should update automatically. If you encounter any issues applying the code, please contact our customer service at [email protected].
How to choose the right size?
To choose the right product size, compare your measurements with the size chart provided on each product page. You can also get advice from our store staff by contacting us via email at [email protected] or by phone at 735 976 323 between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Is it possible to have tailoring alterations made to products ordered online?
Unfortunately, arranging tailoring alterations over the internet is complicated. Since altered products are not eligible for return, tailoring services in our workshop can only be performed after a consultation with our staff at the showroom in Poznań, located at 4 Podgórna Street. The showroom is open Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Visits must be scheduled in advance by calling 735 976 323.
Can I edit my order after placing it (e.g. add another product, change the size)?
Due to logistical reasons, adding another product to an order requires placing a separate order.
If you believe that the wrong size was selected in your order, it is best to cancel the original order and place a new one with the correct size in it.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Of course — you can place an order as a guest, without the need to register an account. However, we encourage you to create one, as it makes tracking your order much easier and gives you access to your purchase history.

Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, we encourage you to contact us by phone if you encounter any issues during the ordering process: 735 976 322 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM).
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification for every status update of your order — including order placement, processing, shipment, and completion. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on MilerMenswear.com.
Payment and shipping
What payment methods are available?
The available payment methods are:
tPay – enables payment via BLIK, credit card, quick transfer, traditional bank transfer, and electronic wallets (Google Pay, Visa Checkout, Masterpass)
PayPal
Cash on delivery – payment can be made in cash or by card; this payment method is only available when selecting DPD courier delivery (not available for shipping abroad).
There was a problem with the payment for my order. How can I complete the payment?
Orders can be paid for within 7 days of placement. After this period, orders are automatically canceled. If you encountered a problem with the payment, please contact us by email at [email protected] so we can provide you with the bank transfer details.
When will my order be shipped?
The estimated shipping time is displayed under each product. Additionally, in the shopping cart, you will see the estimated delivery date based on the delivery method you choose. On MilerMenswear.com, orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days (in Poland) and 3–5 business days (abroad), depending on the nature of the product. Please note that during peak sales periods, order processing times may be extended — we always communicate such situations transparently.
It’s also important to note that for preorder items, the shipping time may vary depending on the type of product. The estimated shipping date for preorder items is always provided on the product page.

Poland:
InPost parcel locker – 1–2 business days from the moment the package is shipped: 12.90 PLN
(some products are excluded from this method due to their dimensions)
In-store pickup – available after receiving a notification that the order is ready for pickup: 0 PLN
DPD courier – 1–2 business days from the moment the package is shipped: 14.90 PLN
DPD courier with cash on delivery – 1–2 business days from the moment the package is shipped: 18.90 PLN
Worldwide:
DPD courier – 3-5 business days from the moment the package is shipped. The shipping cost varies depending on the destination country. The rates are presented in the table below:

Is it possible to combine multiple orders and have them shipped in one package?
Unfortunately, due to logistical reasons, it is not possible to combine two orders placed on MilerMenswear.com into a single shipment. We understand that this may be inconvenient for customers who decide to make an additional purchase during the same visit to MilerMenswear.com. However, this approach allows us to ensure efficient order processing, which is our top priority. We would also like to mention that our store offers free shipping within Poland for orders over 500 PLN, so in many cases, there is no need to combine orders in order to save on shipping costs.
Can I pick up my ordered products at the store in Poznań?
Of course — you can pick up your order at our showroom located at 4 Podgórna Street in Poznań. In this case, please select in-store pickup as the delivery method. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
Is my order ready for pickup at the store?
You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pickup. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the ordered products before receiving this notification.
Is international shipping available?
Yes, international shipping is possible. We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number and a link to track the shipment.
How will I receive the receipt/sales document?
Sales documents are sent via email after you have received your order.
Will the courier contact me before attempting delivery?
Unfortunately, couriers are not obligated to contact the recipient before making a delivery attempt.
Returns and complaints
How do I return a product?
To return purchased products, please send them back within 14 days to the following address:
MILER, ul. Podgórna 4, 61-829 Poznań, or deliver them in person to our store at the same address, along with the withdrawal form, available [here]. The refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
In case of cash on delivery payments, please include your bank account number for the refund.
Is it possible to return only a part of an order?
Yes, you can return a part of the products from your order. To do so, simply indicate on the withdrawal form which items from the order are being returned. Please note that in the case of promotions such as "2+1," where the discount depends on the number of products purchased, all items must be returned. Otherwise, the refund amount will be reduced by the full price of the item you are keeping.
Is it possible to exchange a product?
Exchanging a product purchased on MilerMenswear.com is only possible by returning the originally ordered items and placing a new order in a different size or variant. If the product was purchased at a promotional price but is now only available at the regular price, please indicate in the withdrawal form that you would like to repurchase the item under the same conditions as on the original purchase date — we will gladly honor that. Once the return is accepted, we will send you a discount code via email to allow you to repurchase the item at the lower price.
Do Miler Menswear products come with a warranty, and how long does it last?
All Miler Menswear products come with a two-year warranty.
What is the complaint (claims) process like?
To file a complaint about a purchased product, please send it to the following address:

Why is it best to schedule an appointment before shopping at the Miler Menswear store at Podgórna 4 in Poznań?
At Miler Menswear, we believe that purchasing a suit should be done with focus and the professional assistance of a stylist who is qualified in both made-to-measure tailoring and potential alterations of RTW (ready-to-wear) suits, as well as in selecting the appropriate accessories for the occasion. Without such expertise, the result may be an improperly fitting garment or a stylistic concept that unintentionally breaks the rules of elegance. For this reason, when our store becomes filled to capacity, we temporarily close it to walk-ins and activate our appointment system. This situation occurs almost every Saturday and sometimes on weekday afternoons. When all of our stylists are occupied, priority access to the upstairs store and service is given to customers with prior appointments. That’s why we kindly ask that you call us before your visit so we can prepare and offer you the high-quality service you deserve. Of course, when our stylists are available, we are happy to serve walk-in customers as well. Appointments are non-binding and can be made by calling 735 976 323.
