Masculinité Noir is an all-season evening fragrance with a perfume concentration reaching up to 25% (extrait/de parfum). Its intensity and complexity were designed to cut through the atmosphere of evening gatherings and celebrations. Five years after the great success of Miler Masculinité (green label), we set out to create another fragrance distinguished by its depth and intensity. With a focus on quality and originality, we carefully evaluated hundreds of fragrance samples while developing this new composition. The result of our work is Masculinité NOIR — a fragrance that combines smokiness and sweetness with remarkable complexity and striking intensity. We designed it as a refined addition for those who appreciate the original Masculinité, complementing and expanding their fragrance collection. We are truly proud of the result. The bold and complex composition of Masculinité NOIR will undoubtedly appeal to men who value style and elegance.

HOW DOES “MASCULINITÉ NOIR” DIFFER FROM “MASCULINITÉ”?

Originally, we set out to create a more intense version of Masculinité, but over time we realised this wasn’t the right direction. Attempts to amplify an already well-balanced and refined composition didn’t enhance it — they only disrupted its harmony. This led us to develop an entirely new fragrance. Masculinité NOIR differs significantly from the original in its scent profile, while maintaining the same signature intensity and complexity.

JACQUARD LABEL

Without a doubt, one of the distinctive visual elements of Miler Menswear fragrances is the jacquard label, bridging the worlds of perfumery and elegant clothing. On our fragrance bottles, we use jacquard labels — the same labels used across Miler Menswear garments. Naturally, one of the key challenges is the level of detail. The labels on fragrance bottles are small, yet they feature a detailed signet (a graphic element of the logo), decorative elements, and very fine typography. Achieving this level of precision was not easy, but we ultimately succeeded, allowing us to bring the world of clothing onto the fragrance bottle. It’s also worth noting that the label used for Masculinité Noir is designed to withstand machine washing, meaning it is fully resistant to water and detergents.

WHAT IS EAU DE PARFUM AND HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM EAU DE TOILETTE?

The components responsible for the various aromas in fragrances are perfume oils. These oils are obtained through different methods such as distillation, extraction, or concentration of selected plant elements like leaves and flowers, as well as from compounds created through chemical synthesis.

Since perfume oils are the most expensive component of a fragrance composition, the price is generally related to their concentration. For this reason, fragrances are grouped into different categories depending on the percentage of perfume oils they contain:

The key difference between eau de parfum and eau de toilette lies in the concentration of perfume oils — eau de parfum contains a higher percentage, resulting in a more intense and longer-lasting scent.
